Context

Mira Body & Mind entered the Slovenian market with a product format most local consumers had never been asked to buy before. Concern-specific essential oil roll-ons, each formulated for a different everyday need. One of the first brands to position this format as premium wellness in Slovenia.

The founder arrived through a referral. She came with a clear vision, a commitment to doing the launch properly, and no existing brand. No logo, no color palette, no website, no packaging, no positioning. Just the product and the conviction that it belonged in the market.

There was nothing to inherit and nothing to iterate on. Everything had to be built from scratch, across three months, with a hard launch date in December 2025.

The Gap

Essential oil roll-ons exist as a product format globally. In Slovenia, there was very little local reference for this category and no established premium positioning to borrow from.

The challenge was not making the product look beautiful. The challenge was making a new type of product feel immediately understandable, credible, and premium enough to buy. Before a customer could convert, they first had to understand the category, trust the formulation, and feel the value of the brand.

A wellness brand in this space could easily fall into one of three directions: clinical and cold, handmade and rustic, or overly spiritual and vague. All three were wrong for Mira.

Every element needed to do that work at once. There was no room for ambiguity anywhere in the system.

What We Built

We positioned the brand as dark, minimal, sensory, and premium. Calm, but not soft. Natural, but not rustic. Luxurious, but still immediately legible. That tension became the visual foundation of the entire identity. Every decision — from the logo to the label hierarchy to the Shopify layout — was made against that single lens.

From there, we built everything. Brand identity and logo. Color system and typography. Product packaging design. Product label design. Custom Shopify build. Market positioning strategy.

The Shopify store was built entirely from scratch. No theme, no template. The structure, the interactions, the product pages, all custom. The design language carries from packaging to screen with no loss of fidelity.

The process ran across three months, fast and tight, because it had to.

  • Month 1 — Strategy, positioning, brand identity.

  • Month 2 — Packaging, labels, Shopify architecture.

  • Month 3 — Build, refinement, launch.

Communication ran through Telegram and video calls. Direct, immediate, no lag. Concepts developed and reviewed on shared Miro boards, designs handed off through Figma. The feedback loops were short. Decisions were made and held. The founder brought clarity of vision to every review. She knew what felt right and what didn't, and she communicated it precisely. When the client is that calibrated, the work gets better faster.

Outcome

Mira Body & Mind launched in December 2025 as one of the first brands of its kind in the Slovenian market. What we delivered was not just a website. It was a complete consumer brand system, ready to scale.

The aesthetic held across every touchpoint. The packaging reads premium on the shelf. The website converts what the packaging promises. The brand identity is coherent from the smallest label element to the largest page section. Full identity ready to carry future product lines. Production-ready packaging across the launch range. Custom Shopify storefront with product education flows. Premium category defined from zero.

Building from zero is the hardest brief. It's also the most honest measure of what an agency can do.
